Our Refund Policy: A Hassle-Free Experience for You

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (NOT APPLICABLE FOR SAMPLES / DECANT)

 

At SharkPerfume, your satisfaction means everything to us. That’s why we’ve created a return policy that’s straightforward and designed with your convenience in mind. If something isn’t right—whether the item arrived damaged, is defective, not what you ordered, or missing any parts—we’re here to make it right.


When Can You Request a Refund?

You’re eligible for a refund if:

  • The item you received is physically damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing any accessory.

  • It’s returned in the same condition as you received it—unused and in its original packaging.


How to Start a Return

Returning a product is simple:

  1. Just give us a call at +91 9082294161 or drop us an email at contact@sharkperfume.in explaining the issue.

  2. Our friendly customer care team will walk you through the process and arrange a pickup from your location.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

  4. Returns are accepted only within 7 days of receiving the order (date of delivery). 
  5. It is customer's responsibility to return the product back to us at our address - BGTA Building, Wadala RTO, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400037.

Once we get the product back and check its condition, we’ll process your refund without delay.


Return Shipping Costs

If you’re returning a product because it was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, a small charge of Rs. 150 will be charged as shipping cost.


Exchanges

Currently, we don’t offer exchanges or returns for items delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if there’s a problem.


Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, just get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll cancel it for you.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, the amount will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies might take a bit of time to reflect the refund in your account.

For cash on delivery orders, we’ll reach out to collect your bank details (which must match the name on your order) and make sure the refund is transferred to your account smoothly.

Return / Exchanges are Strictly not allowed for Decants/Samples in any circumstances.
