Shipping’s On Us

Cash on Delivery Orders
If you choose cash on delivery, we’ll get in touch via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order. Quick heads-up: if we can’t confirm it, your order might get canceled, so keep an eye out!

Order Processing Time
Place your order before 11:00 AM (IST) and we’ll get it ready to ship the same or next business day. Our team works Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays — on those days, our warehouse takes a break too.

Delivery Timeline
Once your order is on its way, you can expect it to arrive in 2 to 5 business days. We do our best to keep things fast and reliable!

Need to Change the Delivery Address?
No problem! Just let us know before your order ships and we’ll update it for you.

Running Late?
If your order’s taking longer than expected, give us a shout. We’ll investigate with the courier and keep you updated every step of the way.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. You can also track it anytime using your Order# on our Track Your Order page.

Damaged Parcel?
If your package shows up damaged, try to refuse the delivery and let us know right away. If it’s already been delivered, don’t worry — reach out to us and we’ll take it from there. We’ll sort out a refund or replacement once the courier wraps up their investigation.

Lost Package?
In the rare case your parcel goes missing, we’ll work with the courier to track it down. If it's confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer.

Returns Made Easy
